Terms of use

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms apply to the GST RAJA website, web app and mobile app. By using them you agree to these terms. If you use GST RAJA because your accounting firm invited you, your firm’s agreement with you also applies.

GST RAJA helps accounting firms collect bills from their clients, read them, prepare GST returns, and share them with clients. Returns are prepared from the information uploaded and checked and approved by the firm. A return counts as filed only when it is submitted on the GST portal and an acknowledgement (ARN) is issued.

  • Keep your sign-in codes and phone secure, and tell your firm or us if you think someone else used your account.
  • Upload only documents you are allowed to share with your accounting firm.
  • Do not misuse the service, try to reach other businesses’ data, or interfere with its operation.

The business is responsible for the accuracy of its records and returns, and the accounting firm for the work it does for the business. GST RAJA reads documents automatically and flags doubtful entries, but automatic reading can make mistakes; figures must be checked before filing.

We work to keep GST RAJA available and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve features; features described as “coming soon” are not yet available.

To the extent the law allows, GST RAJA is not liable for indirect losses, or for penalties or interest arising from information that was wrong, incomplete or filed late.

You can stop using GST RAJA and delete your login at any time (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: use the contact page.
